I have over 25 years of experience in the social issues in management and sustainability discipline, teaching, conducting research and consulting at several overseas institutions. My current research interests include ethical decision-making in public and private organisations, conscious and responsible organisations, gender equality, sustainable supply chain management, social sustainability and employees’ wellbeing during Covid19, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
