Course information
Admission requirements
To gain entry to the Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management, applicants must:
- Have any bachelor degree, or
- Equivalent prior learning including at least five years relevant professional experience.
- Meet English Language Requirements (Band 4). This can include IELTS Academic - Overall band minimum score of 6.5 (no individual band less than 6.0).
Already have a degree in Commerce, Business, Management or Work and Employment Relations? You may be eligible to study our Graduate Certificate of People and Culture or fast-track your Master of Human Resource Management.

Pathway to further study
Remain flexible while you pursue your postgraduate degree with our gateway qualifications. After completing your Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management, you can complete an additional three units to gain your Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management. If you choose to continue your studies, you can gain your Master of Human Resource Management by studying a total of twelve units.
