Entry criteria

Admission requirements

To gain entry to the Graduate Certificate of People and Culture, applicants must:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Commerce/Business/Management/Work and Employment Relations with Focus/major areas: HR, Management, Business Administration, Industrial and/or Employment Relations, or​
  • Hold a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management
  • Meet English Language Requirements (Band 4). This can include IELTS Academic - Overall band minimum score of 6.5 (no individual band less than 6.0).

Pathway to further study

Remain flexible while you pursue your postgraduate degree with our gateway qualifications. After finishing your Graduate Certificate of People and Culture, you can continue your studies and fast-track your Master of Human Resource Management. Gain your master degree by studying an additional six units, allowing you to gain a Master of Human Resource Management in only nine units total, rather than the typical 12.
