Entry criteria

Admission requirements

Eligible students can fast-track* their Master of Human Resource Management and complete their degree in only nine units. To gain entry to the fast-tracked master degree, applicants must:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Commerce/Business/Management/Work and Employment Relations with focus/major areas: HR, Management, Business Administration, Industrial and/or Employment Relations.

*To gain entry to the fast-track masters, students must apply after they accept the offer for the 12-unit masters. Applications for the fast-tracked master degree are subject to ECU's assessment.

Not eligible for our fast-track master degree? You can still gain a Master of Human Resource Management by completing 12 units total.

Pathway to further study

Remain flexible while you pursue your postgraduate degree with our gateway qualifications. If you need to exit early, you could still receive a Graduate Certificate of People and Culture after completing three units.
